Students who will be starting their second year (third semester) this academic year may encounter an issue when applying for the Double Major Program (ÇAP) through the OBİS system.
Due to a system-related issue, the Analytical Chemistry course appears on their transcripts as not having been taken in the second semester. As a result, eligible students may be unable to submit their ÇAP applications through the OBİS system.
In order to prevent any loss of rights for students who are unable to apply through OBİS due to this issue, they are required to submit a written petition to both departments within the application period.
Students affected by this issue are kindly advised to complete the required petition procedure to ensure that their ÇAP applications are properly considered.
